Public health requirements and appropriate documentation are always available for viewing on all our Catering Units. We comply with all environmental Health Requirements and Health & Safety Standards. All our units are Corgi Gas & Electric tested on a regular basis.

Any documentation can be forwarded from our office prior to any event.

Each unit contains: Health & Hygiene Certificates Food temperature Records Accident Report Cleaning Schedule Gas & Electrical certificate Public Liability Risk Assessment Temperature Record Sheets
